- It depends on the size and condition of the space. Recurring cleaning is priced per visit, and move-outs and deep cleans are quoted after a quick walkthrough, so there are no surprises on the bill.
- Do I need to be home?
- No. Plenty of customers are at work or already moved out. You'll get a text when the crew arrives and when they finish.
- Are you insured?
- Yes. R&L is licensed and carries liability insurance, so your home and belongings are covered while we work.
- Can you clean a rental after a tenant moves out?
- Yes, this is one of our most common jobs. Landlords and property managers call us to get units ready for the next tenant or listing photos.
